Our client is a leading international Main Contractor with offices in several European countries and North America.
Involved in heavy industrial, manufacturing and Data Centre sectors they are currently in the process on construction a large Data Center in Northern Ireland.
hey are seeking a n onsite design manager coming from either a either a Civil/Build or M&E background
Responsibilities:
Review and interpret client design management criteria aligned to contract.
Interrogate current design status to ensure it is as per contract documents issue.
Ensure correct design information has been issued as per contract.
Ensure correct design information has been issued to subcontractors for procurement and delivery .
Lead all aspects of design management & development on site liaising with man Office preconception team , consultants and all stakeholders
Previous experience in Data Centers would be a big advantage or alternatively experience in pharma, hospitals or industrial works
