KC Group are recruiting for 2 Student Hub Advisors in the Leeds City area.
Initial contract around one month with potential extension, paying £13.50 per hour, Monday–Friday on a rota.
You will be the first point of contact for students, supporting across in-person, phone, email, live chat and messaging platforms, handling enquiries, guiding students, and referring complex issues to specialist teams to ensure an excellent student experience.
