KC Group are recruiting for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join a busy office in the Shirley area on a full time permanent basis. This is a front-of-house role where you will be responsible for managing reception, welcoming visitors, handling telephone enquiries and providing administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing a busy reception desk
- Photocopying, scanning and printing documents
- Booking and maintaining meeting rooms
- Liaising with internal teams and external contacts
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- General administrative duties
Qualifications
- Previous reception experience is essential
- Professional, personable and confident
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to commute to Sheldon area on occasion to provide reception cover
