An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Partner to join a successful and growing organisation operating within the technology and business services sector.
Working as part of an established People team, you'll partner with leaders across multiple business functions, helping to shape people strategy while also providing practical HR support to deliver commercial objectives.
This role offers an excellent balance of strategic business partnering and operational involvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders whilst remaining close to the day-to-day challenges of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to commercial objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management and people-related risk.
- Coach and support managers to build leadership capability and improve team performance.
- Contribute to organisational change projects, restructures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use people metrics and business data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention and organisational effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating as a People Partner within a commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations.
- Experience supporting organisational change and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable balancing strategic projects with hands-on operational HR activity.
- Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
