KC Group are currently supporting a leading regional firm in their search for an Audit Associate to join their growing team in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their audit career who is eager to gain exposure to a diverse client base, work on complex audits, and progress towards full qualification with strong mentoring and development support.

As an Audit Associate, you will:

  • Support the audit team across the full audit cycle for a varied client portfolio
  • Gain exposure to clients across sectors including manufacturing, food & drink, education, healthcare, not-for-profit, and technology
  • Work directly with clients, building strong professional relationships
  • Assist in guiding and supporting apprentices and more junior team members
  • Develop your technical knowledge through hands-on experience and structured learning
  • Contribute to audit fieldwork, testing, documentation, and reporting

About You:

  • ACCA/ACA part qualified / newly qualified
  • Experienced in a UK accountancy practice within an audit-focused role
  • Confident in managing your workload and working to deadlines
  • Organised, analytical, and detail-focused
  • Keen to develop your skills and progress within audit
