KCGroup is seeking a Repairs Commercial Coordinator to support high-quality repair services through strong financial control and performance monitoring. The role is full-time and temporary, with hybrid working (1 day on-site) and 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

You will review contractor payments, assess works against SORs, and produce cost and performance reports.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial or housing environments, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel.
