- KC Group are currently recruiting for an experienced
Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in the Shirley area on a full-time temporary basis for a 4 week assignment.
Hours for the role are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm 37.5 hours per week and offering an hourly rate of £13.46 per hour.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities Of the Customer Service Role
- Handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Processing orders and updating customer information accurately on internal systems.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
- Managing customer records and maintaining accurate documentation.
