We’re looking for a BI And Insights Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights across services. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, oversee data analysis and reporting, and ensure accessible, accurate, and actionable intelligence is used to support decision‑making. This is a full‑time temporary role, Monday‑Friday, 37 hours per week with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities of the BI And Insights Manager role Includes:
- Lead the design and development of Power BI dashboards and performance reports
- Oversee the collection, linking, and analysis of data from multiple systems
- Manage and develop data models, reporting frameworks, and automation processes
- Translate complex data into clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across all reporting outputs
- Work closely with stakeholders to define performance indicators and reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve services through data analysis and insight
- Support the development of a robust, sustainable, and organisation‑wide reporting environment
- Provide expert advice and guidance on data, reporting, and analytical approaches
- Lead or support a team of BI, Insight, and Data Analysts where required
To be considered for the BI And Insights Manager role:
- Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data visualisation
- Proven experience in business intelligence, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with data modelling, data warehousing, and analytical tools (e.g. SQL)
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and lead on initiatives where required
- Previous public sector or local authority experience is desirable

- Location: Friargate, Coventry (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite)
- £23.34 PAYE
- Full time Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week
