We have partnered with a popular leisure complex near Kings Norton who are looking to recruit for a
Clubhouse & Hospitality Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on individual to run the day-to-day hospitality operation at their busy venue.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for members, supporters and visitors while managing a successful bar and café operation.
The role will be working evenings and weekends and managing a team of 10 part time staff.
Main duties of the Clubhouse & Hospitality Manager
- Manage the daily running of the clubhouse, bar and café.
- Recruit, train and lead the hospitality team.
- Prepare staff rotas and manage labour costs.
- Ensure outstanding customer service.
- Manage stock ordering, stock control and minimise wastage.
- Organise and promote matchday hospitality, private functions and events.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
- Work closely with the football club management to help grow revenue and improve the customer experience.
