Our recruitment team comprises former nurses and medical professionals who have first‑hand experience in the healthcare sector. We understand the regulatory and legislative controls that underpin UK healthcare provision. We provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Oxford for a Care Coordinator. The Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating care services, managing cases, and ensuring effective communication between clients, care providers, and other stakeholders. Daily tasks will include scheduling and overseeing home care services, addressing customer service inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of care provided. The Care Coordinator will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities- Building business growth through achieving agreed KPI’s
- Manage relationships with clients, local authority and service users
- Meeting local authority quality monitoring standards
- Ensure your branch is compliant to CQC standards
- Ensure the branch runs an effective on‑call solution
- Responsible for the recruitment and retention of branch staff
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Production of reports and forecasts against monthly and annual targets
- Minimum of two years’ experience of managing a similar organisation
- Clean driving licence and own transport
- Track of excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Immediate commencement of the registration process in line with Care Standards Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach, with the personality to drive business development through increasing sales
