Location: Hybrid Working – both patient facing visits in the BSOL area across 5 days and some home working for writing up reports/admin only. Assessor would be expected to complete at least four DSTs a week. Hours: Mon-Fri 37.5 Hours

Will the candidate be patient facing area? – Yes, all assessment will be completed face to face across Birmingham & Solihull

Initial term: 6 Months

Interviews will be via Microsoft Teams.

Candidates MUST be able to demonstrate recent experience of working in CHC.
