With over 30 years’ experience and 6,000+ kitchens delivered, we partner with homeowners and trade clients to create exceptional, tailored spaces. We provide a fully managed service in-house: design, project management, installation and aftercare. Our focus is simple—beautiful design, clear process, and a client experience that stands out.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of client projects—leading from discovery through to design, presentation, sale and handover. You’ll work on mid-to-high-end kitchens and fitted furniture, delivering designs that look incredible and function brilliantly.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, price and present kitchen and fitted furniture projects using CAD
- Confidently manage the sales process and close high-value projects
- Conduct site measurements and surveys to ensure accuracy and smooth delivery
- Deliver a first-class client experience with clear communication and attention to detail
- Proactively build and nurture a pipeline (including outreach to ideal clients and partners)
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure an excellent handover and project outcome
What We’re Looking For

- A problem solver who takes ownership and finds solutions
- Proactive with strong self-management and follow-through
- Comfortable self-appraising and improving your own performance
- Driven, self-motivated and ambitious—you believe you can do great things
- A high achiever who wants to be a high earner
- Design-aware with a strong “taste level” and pride in the details
- Targeting (or already operating at) ÂŁ1m+ designer performance
Experience & skills:
- Minimum 3 years designing and selling kitchens (mid–high-end preferred)
- Proven track record of closing ÂŁ30,000+ order values
- CAD proficient with a portfolio of relevant work (Compusoft Winner)
- Knowledge of German furniture (Hacker - Systemat & Concept130) and appliance brands (preferred, not essential)
- Confident communicator—professional, organised, and client-first
What We Offer
- Strong internal training and ongoing development
- A collaborative, high-standards team environment
- The opportunity to work on standout projects and build a long-term career at KCA
