Candidate requirements:

  • Give proper advice on Probate and the timescales and requirements involved.
  • Review contentious probate matters.
  • Handle Powers of Attorney and proprietary estoppel claims.
  • Look into probate disputes, and claims concerning the transfer of property.
  • Proprietary estoppel, and estate distribution.
  • Obtaining a grant of probate.
  • Providing beneficiaries with advice on taxation matters.
  • Dealing with legacies to minors.
  • Protecting assets from possible creditors and taxation.
  • Litigation and contesting a will.
  • Inheritance tax, family law, property law, and international wills.
  • Mirror wills.
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Family break up wills.
