- Provide importantsupport and advice for people looking to make a will.
- Advise on legal and tax benefitsof wills, trusts etc.
- Give proper advice onProbate and the timescales and requirements involved.
- HandlePowers of Attorney and proprietary estoppel claims
- Look intoprobate disputes, and claims concerning the transfer of property.
- Proprietaryestoppel, and estate distribution
- Obtaining a grant of probate
- Providing beneficiaries with advice on taxation matters
- Dealing with legacies to minors
- Protecting assets from possible creditors and taxation
- Litigation and contesting a will.
- Inheritance tax, family law, property law, andinternational wills.
- Mirror wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Family break up wills
