Requirements
Property Litigation is a key part of this job
This will cover
- Landlord and Tenant disputes
- Section 8 and Section 21eviction notices
- Reovery of debts includingoutstanding rental income
- Possession Claims –residential and commercial property
- Recovery of outstandingservice charges
- Inventory reviews anddisputes over the condition of the property
- Breach of Covenant
- Clientsincludecorporate occupiers, commercial landlords, investors anddevelopers, and residential clients from the UK and overseas.
