The role will suit a junior family solicitor in this specialised field and our client is open to candidates with c 2 years’ Experience

This role involves supporting senior solicitors in the department and running daily administrative tasks for the team.

• Resolve financial matters for divorcing or separating couples.

• Make suitable arrangements for children following relationship breakdown.

• Advise on areas of wealth protection.

• Provide guidance on cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements.

• Resolve Cohabitation disputes.
