Requirements
Requirements
Litigation experience of commercial and civil cases
Landlord and Tenant disputes
Opening and closing client files
Due diligence on clients
Billing and ensuring payments are made
Working with courts and third parties for required paperwork and documentation.
Assisting with Section 8 and Section 21 eviction notices
Recovery of debts
Possession Claims – residential and commercial property
Recovery of outstanding service charges
Breach of Covenant
Preparation of paperwork for both the County Court and High Court.
