You therefore need to have commercial business and people skills and develop the department to grow further. Therefore, you should be able to develop new clients.

There is a genuine opportunity to work on current cases and bring in new business when available. The prospects are genuinely great, and it is anticipated the right candidate will run the department as a Head and have a team to work with as opportunities continue to come in.
- Work on transactions of high value and complexity
- Probate and estate management
- Trusts and lifetime trusts
- LPAs-Lasting Power of Attorney
- Inheritance tax, mitigation and asset protection advice
- Administration of estates.
