Requirements:
- Property Litigation is a key part of this job
- This will cover:
- Landlord and Tenant disputes
- Section 8 and Section 21 eviction notices
- Recovery of debts including outstanding rental income
- Possession Claims – residential and commercial property
- Recovery of outstanding service charges
- Inventory reviews and disputes over the condition of the property
- Breach of Covenant
Clients include corporate occupiers, commercial landlords, investors and developers, and residential clients from the UK and overseas.
