Requirements:
- Provide important support and advice for those seeking to settle in the UK
- Assist people applying for UK visas, either for themselves or on behalf of their family
- Help explain and achieve Visa Categories including Refusals and Appeals, Sponsor Licenses, UK Naturalisation, Dependant Visas and more
- Understand the processes of Deportation, Removal and Bail
- Obtain Immigration visas, including Visits, Spouse/Partner/Family, Extensions, Business & Work, Refusals
- Deal with complex Immigration Appeals, Asylum & Refugee Matters, Immigration Refusals & Appeals, Asylum and Refugee Law
