Requirements
- Working on the requirements for new employees to be onboarded.
- Dealing with relevant paperwork and administration for the new starters and leavers.
- Be a crucial point of contact for employees who require HR information. This can include holiday leave, sickness and benefits, and pension information.
- Draft contracts of employment and ensure signed paperwork is returned.
- Assist in the recruitment of new staff, including reviewing CVs, interview scheduling, and HR interviews.
- Post jobs on the internet and job boards.
- Daily HR admin requirements.
- Ensure compliance of staff and policies and procedures.
- Create reports and commentary on employees when required.
- Assist staff in times of difficulty.
