A well-reputed UK and one of London's leading real estate law firms are looking to expand and strengthen their position with a new hire. The commercial property litigation team advises in relation to commercial, residential and mixed‑use schemes and development disputes and assists high‑profile clients including developers, fund, retail tenants, private estates, and high net worth individuals.

The successful candidate will join on a permanent basis a renowned property litigation department that sits within the wider Real Estate practice, the largest practice of the firm. You will be involved in a wide range of commercial and general property disputes including rent arrears, lease renewals, dilapidations claims, and service charge disputes.
