A prestigious UK and one of London's leading real estate law firms are looking for expertise to grow their practice and strengthen their position in the marketplace. The Residential Property Litigation team has strong experience advising landlords of large mixed-use estates, residential investors and high value tenants.
The successful candidate will join on a permanent basis a renowned property litigation department (Top Tier 2 rated) that sits within the wider Real Estate practice. The role will cover all aspects of residential estate management, boundary and party wall disputes and also on enfranchisement and right to manage claims.
