About the team
A well-reputed UK and one of London's leading real estate law firms are looking to expand and strengthen their position with a new hire. The commercial property litigation team advises in relation to commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes and development disputes and assists high-profile clients including developers, fund, retail tenants, private estates, and high net worth individuals.
About the role
The successful candidate will join on a permanent basis a renowned property litigation department that sits within the wider Real Estate practice, the largest practice of the firm. You will be involved in a wide range of commercial and general property disputes including rent arrears, lease renewals, dilapidations claims, and service charge disputes.
