This Elite US Law firm has remained busy and active throughout the pandemic, bringing on around 7 fee-earner hires since April across the London office.
This role is to focus on market leading Debt Capital Markets transactions, working directly with the Partner who leads the European Capital Markets group.
Although only experience of Debt Capital Markets transactions is required, due to the nature of the team structure there will be the opportunity to get involved in Equity Capital Markets in a team of both English and American lawyers.
The successful candidate will have a stellar academic record and have trained with an elite UK or US law firm with a focus on DCM/Structured Finance matters.
