We are supporting a leading Midlands-based bank in the appointment of an experienced Interim Talent Acquisition Partner to support a critical phase of their ongoing transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering technology hiring across a complex, evolving environment. As part of a wider transformation agenda, the bank is investing heavily in its technology function. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver mid-to-senior level hires across a broad technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of technology vacancies across mid-to-senior levels
  • Business partnering with Technology Directors, Heads of and Programme Leads
  • Supporting workforce planning aligned to the transformation roadmap
  • Managing multiple concurrent hires within specialist skill areas
  • Delivering a strong candidate experience in a competitive talent market
  • Driving direct sourcing strategies and reducing agency reliance where possible
  • Ensuring governance, compliance and robust hiring processes within a regulated environment

About You:

  • Proven experience recruiting mid-to-senior technology roles within banking or financial services
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — able to challenge, influence and build credibility quickly
  • Confident sourcing niche skillsets across AI, Data, Architecture and Engineering
  • Comfortable operating at pace within a complex, regulated organisation
  • Available to commit to a 6-month interim assignment
