Are you an experienced recruitment professional ready to take ownership of building and leading a high-performing temporaries division? KC Group are looking for a driven Recruitment Partner to head up our Temporaries Division, driving growth, profitability, and lasting client and candidate partnerships.
This is a pivotal role in our business, combining business development, client and candidate relationship management, and team leadership.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is both commercially minded and people-focused, with a passion for delivering results and developing others. As Recruitment Partner, you’ll:
- Lead and develop the Temporaries Division, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive business development, building strong pipelines and winning new clients.
- Partner with clients to deliver tailored, high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong candidate networks, ensuring an exceptional candidate journey.
- Oversee and mentor the Resourcing Assistant to deliver operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and first-class service across all processes.
