What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and networking
- Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Writing and advertising job vacancies
- Supporting consultants with candidate management and interview coordination
- Maintaining our CRM and recruitment database
- Learning about different industries and job markets
- Assisting with business development and market mapping activities
- Providing an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates
