Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing international organisation, is seeking an experienced permanent Payroll Team Lead to oversee their multi-country payroll operations. This is an exciting opportunity to support an evolving payroll function within a business known for its innovation, agility and commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of multi-country payrolls, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
- Mentor and develop a small team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Act as the key contact for payroll queries, providing clear guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Review and validate payroll data, maintaining integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practice across the function.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing both UK payrolls within a complex organisation. (Global exposure a bonus)
