Job Description
HR Advisor (ER Focus)
Location: Solihull (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £37,000
Contract: 3-Month Fixed Term Contract (Potential to Extend)
KC Group are delighted to be partnering with a large, well-known organisation currently undergoing an exciting period of transformation. As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 3-month contract, with the strong potential for extension.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and has a particular strength in Employee Relations.
As HR Advisor, you will:
- Manage a high volume of complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
- Provide professional, pragmatic advice and guidance to managers in line with policy and best practice.
- Support the delivery of change initiatives as the business continues through its transformation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted HR partner.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
We’re looking for someone who:
- CIPD Level 5 / working towards
- Has proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar level role with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Is confident managing complex and high-volume casework.
- Has a sound understanding of current employment law and HR best practice.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and can hit the ground running.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience preferred.
