We are recruiting on behalf of a successful, international business for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level support to their CEO. This is a high-profile role where you'll be at the centre of the business, managing a complex diary and inbox, coordinating UK and international travel, preparing board-level documentation, organising meetings and events, and acting as a trusted confidante while handling highly confidential information.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing a complex and ever-changing diary and inbox
  • Coordinating UK and international travel and detailed itineraries
  • Preparing board packs and executive documentation
  • Organising meetings, events, and off-site sessions
  • Attending meetings and capturing actions where required
  • Building strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting CEO or Board-level executives is essential
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Degree-level education and/or relevant professional qualifications, with the intellect to operate confidently at the most senior level.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience coordinating complex travel and logistics
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
