KC Group are recruiting on behalf of an established hospitality brand for a proactive and hands-on Personal Assistant to support a CEO and senior leadership in a varied and fast-paced environment.
This is a part-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity Initially working remote and transitioning to office based, with a genuine view to progressing into a full-time position as the role develops. The role offers an hourly rate of £16.82 per hour, working primarily from home, 25 hours per week across either 3-5 days.
Key Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant Role:
- Diary and inbox management for senior stakeholders
- Scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Preparing reports, presentations and business correspondence
- Managing confidential documentation and records
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting with project administration and operational tasks
- Coordinating suppliers, events and business activities
- Processing expenses, purchase orders and general administration
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and HR administration when required
- Providing hands-on support across the wider business as needs arise
To be considered for the Personal Assistant role:
- Previous PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
- Background within retail, hospitality, leisure or another customer-focused environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to take a hands-on approach
