For over 25 years, KC Group has been helping businesses across the Midlands find exceptional talent within Accountancy & Finance, HR, Business Support and Executive Search. As a Recruitment Assistant, you'll gain invaluable experience working alongside experienced recruitment professionals while developing the skills needed for a successful long‑term career.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our recruitment team, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process, including:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and networking
- Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Writing and advertising job vacancies
- Supporting consultants with candidate management and interview coordination
- Maintaining our CRM and recruitment database
- Learning about different industries and job markets
- Assisting with business development and market mapping activities
- Providing an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates

No previous recruitment experience is required – we'll provide full training and support throughout your apprenticeship journey.
