We are partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit a Client Relationship Manager into their high-performing Client Relationships team. This is a key role focused on strengthening and growing relationships with priority clients, while embedding best practice across the business.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will support the onboarding, development, and expansion of strategic client accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven, insight-led environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
As Client Relationship Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering client development strategies. You will collaborate with senior relationship leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure client plans align with wider business objectives and drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Client Partners and account teams to drive client development initiatives
- Coordinate client strategy meetings, capturing and tracking key actions
- Develop and maintain relationship management tools such as account plans, client reports, and relationship maps
- Support and deliver client listening initiatives, embedding insights into client strategies
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Monitor client, competitor, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions
- Identify and support opportunities for revenue growth
- Assist with secondment programmes, including briefings and feedback processes
- Support delivery of client events, panel sessions, and development initiatives
- Provide training on client relationship tools and best practices
- Contribute to internal communications around client activity and successes
- Promote a client-centric culture across the organisation
- Collaborate with business development teams to align client and growth strategies
- Experience in client relationship management within a professional services environment
- Strong understanding of client planning and market research
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at all levels
- Commercially aware and solutions-focused
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (InterAction experience beneficial)
