K&C Construction is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to our team as a Trainee Site Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in site management while working closely with experienced professionals. The successful candidate will support the Site Manager in all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, on time, and in a safe manner. Hands-on experience working on live projects Mentorship from experienced Site Managers Opportunity to develop a career in construction management Key Responsibilities: Assist the Site Manager in planning and overseeing project work to ensure timely completion and a high-quality finish. Help maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that projects are carried out with minimal disruption to local residents and businesses. Support cost control measures on site, helping to manage resources efficiently. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act and company policies. Assist the Site Manager with the companys QUENSH system and be aware of all relevant policy documents and statements. Take responsibility for your own health and safety, as well as the welfare of colleagues. Carry out any additional duties as required by the Site Manager. Skills & Experience we are looking for: Degree /HNC or HND Construction Management Strong IT and project management skills Excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. A team player with the ability to use initiative and adapt to changing situations.
