Option 2: Midwest Regional Premium Pay Package
- Start at $0.68 CPM
- Midwest Regional truck drivers can earn $85,000+ yearly
- Guaranteed $1,564 minimum per week (earn $2,000 on top weeks)

- 4 Weeks Out / 5 Days Off
