Job Overview
K&B Transportation is hiring an Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver to work with our Midwest Regional fleet. The role offers competitive pay, a variety of home time options, and the chance to earn a high income while delivering freight across the Midwest.
Pay and Home Time Options
- Option 1: Road Warrior
Start at $0.70 CPM
Pay Rate: up to $90,000 yearly
Guaranteed $1,610 minimum per week (up to $2,000 on top weeks)
8 weeks out / 10 days off
Guaranteed 2,300 miles per week
Paid vacation
2020+ Freightliner Cascadia (automatic APU, refrigerator, etc.)
$100 Walmart gift card after orientation
Midwest regional or national lanes (no Northeast or NYC)
Choice of benefits plans
Flight to orientation - Option 2: Midwest Regional Premium Pay
Start at $0.68 CPM
Pay Rate: up to $85,000 yearly
Guaranteed $1,564 minimum per week (up to $2,000 on top weeks)
4 weeks out / 5 days off
Guaranteed 2,300 miles per week
Paid vacation
