What you will be doing
- You’ll be responsible for timely and accurate creation of purchase requisitions and goods receipts, as well as general support to the department.
- Process and manage purchase requisitions, converting approved requisition workflows into purchase requisitions within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ensure all relevant details are included in the requisitions, including full financial coding, project milestones and supplier related information.
- Accurately record and process goods receipts in Microsoft Dynamics to ensure timely and correct payment of supplier invoices.
- Work with Supply Chain to assist with supplier compliance administration.
- Develop and maintain procurement and P2P-related reports, tracking activity, performance, and compliance.
