What you will be doing

  • You’ll be responsible for the timely and accurate creation of Purchase Requisitions & Goods Receipts as well as general support to the department.
  • Process and manage purchase requisitions, converting approved requisition workflows into purchase requisitions within Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ensure all relevant details are included in the Requisitions, including full financial coding and project milestone and supplier related information.
  • Accurately record and process goods receipts in Microsoft Dynamics to ensure timely and correct payment of supplier invoices.
  • Work with Supply Chain to assist with supplier compliance administration.
  • Develop and maintain procurement and P2P-related reports, tracking activity, performance, and compliance.

  • Demonstrate a basic knowledge of accounting/sourcing principles.
