We’re looking for a confident and proactive Help Desk Operative to become a key part of our dynamic Help Desk Team. If you enjoy being at the heart of operations, providing exceptional service, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to shine.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receiving and logging service requests via phone and email
- Checking entitlement, identifying the right response, and coordinating the correct resources
- Prioritising and scheduling work in line with contract requirements
- Creating work orders and allocating tasks to the right teams
- Monitoring progress and ensuring timely updates for both internal colleagues and customers
- Attaching relevant documents and maintaining clean records in our CAFM system
- Reviewing extension requests and ensuring compliance with processes
- Communicating openly with Team Leaders to resolve issues
- Highlighting opportunities to enhance workflows and customer experience
- Producing reports when required
This is a role where both teamwork and independent working are valued. You’ll collaborate closely with others while taking ownership of your own workload and decisions.
