KBS Maritime is seeking a Commercial Manager for Hard FM (O&M) to lead commercial governance across HM Naval Base Portsmouth. You will oversee PPM, Reactive Maintenance, statutory compliance and lifecycle replacement, ensuring value-for-money and contract compliance.
Working with Service Delivery, Technical Services, Supply Chain and Finance, you will manage tendering, contract administration, cost forecasting and reporting, building strong supplier relationships with MoD stakeholders.
