What You’ll be doing:
You’ll support the KBS Project Control team and will be responsible for maintaining the 2 year programme through the Keystone E2E Project Delivery tool.
You’ll provide a vital role in the collation of data and analysis of milestones, to inform the wider business on overall project performance; and help towards business profitability.
Liaising with the Programme Planner and Estimator to assess impact of changes against the Infra Programme, you’ll analyse Keystone for anomalies using the exceptions report and escalate any identified issues to the Project Manager. Being responsible for provision of statistics for driving KPIs/PIs to timely completion using experience and knowledge to solve problems.
You’ll Have:
A good understanding of project lifecycles. Experience using Microsoft Project and Excel, with the ability to produce clear reports, produce formulae and utilise pivot tables, apply analytical thinking to identify issues and develop effective solutions. While familiarity with systems such as Keystone would be advantageous, it is not essential.
