As the Learning & Development (L&D) Co-ordinator you will play an important role in supporting the effective delivery of learning, development and early careers activities across KBS Maritime. You will coordinate a range of learning and training programmes and activities, maintaining learning systems and records, and provide high-quality administrative and operational support, to ensure that employees can easily access and successfully complete learning opportunities.

Working closely with managers, employees, and external partners, as L&D Coordinator you will play a key role in helping to identify learning and development needs across the business, supporting training needs analysis and skills gap activities that contribute to building organizational capability. You will also support compliance and employee development by ensuring learning programmes are delivered professionally, efficiently and in line with business standards. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the employee experience while contributing to the continuous improvement of learning processes, systems, and programmes that support KBS Maritime's performance and growth.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or business support role is required, coupled with experience in supporting Learning & Development, Training, Talent, HR or Development activities would be highly advantageous.
  • Confidence in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other similar business systems to manage learning activities and maintain accurate records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Skilled in producing reports, management information and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience creating process documents, user guides and guidance material with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience coordinating meetings, events, programmes or projects in a fast paced, changing environment.

About you:

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, building trust and collaborate effectively across teams and levels. Experience supporting change initiatives or implementing new processes, systems or new ways of working, helping to ensure smooth adoption and positive outcomes for employees and the business would be advantageous. CIPD level 3 or 5 would be beneficial, but not essential.
