Responsibilities
- You'll manage planned and reactive subcontracted maintenance, including overseeing contractors on site and reviewing their RAMS and safe systems of work.
- Handle daily administration and ensure effective delivery of work by both the team and sub-contractors.
- Ensure the requirements are met by our vendors, you'll be enforcing the use of our company processes, ensuring compliance and statutory requirements are adhered to.
- Management of the delivery of all works to the agreed customer completion dates, whilst ensuring KPI's and SLAs achievement.
- Proactively liaise and support Supply Chain and Commercial teams to assist the negotiation of terms and costings with suppliers for smaller works ensuring value for money is being demonstrated.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge and experiences of sub-contractor management, across varied and wide-ranging trading environments
- SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Course) Certification would be highly advantageous, along with IOSH Managing Safely and strong customer facing experience.
- You'll be a strong communicator who stays calm under pressure
- Be self-motivated, focusing on delivering great operational results, and always looking for ways to improve on processes whilst searching for cost efficiency.
