What you'll be doing:
We're looking for an Assistant Dive Supervisor to support and occasionally step up into the Dive Supervisor role. You'll play a key part in delivering reactive and planned diving and maritime operations across Portsmouth, ensuring all work is carried out safely, professionally, and to the highest standards. This is a role for someone who's hands-on, safety-driven, and eager to lead when required — whether that's overseeing a dive, coordinating documentation, or supporting the wider diving team.
What you will bring:
- Valid First Aid at Work certificate.
- In-date ADC Supervisor Certificate.
- Strong understanding of the Diving at Work Regulations 1997, ACoP L104, and HSEG 3003.
- Competence in writing and reviewing dive documentation.
- HSE-approved Surface Supplied certification (minimum).
- Experience with underwater husbandry and civil engineering techniques.
- Medical fitness to undertake commercial diving duties.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Eligibility to obtain UK security clearance.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Rigging & slinging qualifications.
- HP water jetting & chainsaw certification.
- RYA Level 2 Powerboat or Sea Survival.
