Location: Bolton Head Office, BL3 2NT

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 basic + uncapped bonus (pro rata for part-time hours)

Realistic OTE: £50,000+ (pro rata)

Hours: Typically 9:30am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility available to suit your circumstances.

Minimum commitment: 25 hours per week

The Opportunity

This is more than a traditional customer service role! You’ll be speaking with business owners who have expressed an interest in selling their company, understanding their situation, assessing whether they’re a good fit for our services, and arranging consultations with our experienced Commercial Directors. You’ll work with warm inbound enquiries as well as following up with prospective clients, building relationships and creating opportunities through quality conversations. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound enquiries from business owners interested in selling their businesses
  • Following up with warm leads and prospective clients
  • Asking insightful questions to understand motivations, timelines, and suitability
  • Qualifying opportunities and arranging meetings for our Commercial Directors
  • Explaining the value of taking the next step in the sales process
  • Managing your pipeline and activity through our CRM system
  • Working alongside experienced colleagues who will support your development and success

Work-Life Balance

As a business, we value flexibility and work-life balance. Our full-time team enjoys:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Early finish every Friday (3pm)
  • No weekends
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Christmas shutdown
