As a Product Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of multiple development teams and the business, ensuring technical delivery aligns with business priorities. This is a pivotal role in shaping the user stories and requirements, driving innovation, and ensuring excellence in product delivery across the group to increase customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and revenue growth. You’ll own and prioritise product roadmaps across AI and software platforms and coordinate cross‑team efforts. You’ll work in a pragmatic, fast‑moving environment where decisions are made quickly and impact is measured in real business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams to prioritise across AI and software platforms communicating progress, blockers and outcomes.
- Influence value‑driven backlog by engaging with stakeholders across multiple group functions to drive business impact.
- Shape and prioritise the backlog, work with technical leads and utilise your understanding of customer needs to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate product goals and priorities to team members and stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.
- Participate in architecture discussions, peer reviews, and design sprints, ensuring technical quality and maintainability.
- Review and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for ongoing products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and support on product launches, positioning and GTM strategies.
- Gather user feedback, oversee UAT, and implement incremental improvements to the product.
- Identify and address risks or issues as they arise in day‑to‑day product operations.
- Assist in communicating changes to production, ensuring users are informed about updates or modifications.
