The Role
- Making outbound B2B calls to our clients to collect the necessary documentation to process Capital Allowance claims.
- Carrying out administration tasks on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Deliver exceptional service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable client experience.
Ideal candidate
- Experience in a similar admin role is ideal but not essential (full training will be given).
- Self‑motivated, professional and a team player.
- Able to build and develop excellent relationships with clients.
- Confident and polite phone manner.
- Reliable and resilient and able to work on their own, as well as part of a dynamic team.
- Lots of energy, an enthusiastic approach and the desire to be the best!
