The Role
Our Sales Executives play a pivotal part in the success of our business. The role involves making outbound B2B calls, directly connecting with business owners. Your knack for building relationships and fostering rapport will shine as you discuss and promote our Capital Allowance Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients
- Arrange appointments for BDMs once a business owner expresses interest in taking the conversation further
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Work from our comprehensive CRM system
- Deliver exceptional service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable client experience
Ideal Candidate
- Graduated within the last couple of years
- Prior sales experience ideal but full training will be given
- Able to build and develop excellent relationships with clients
- Be a strong closer – knowing how to spot ‘buying signs’
- Self‑motivated, professional and a team player
- Lots of energy, an enthusiastic approach and the desire to be the best!
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and bonus structure: £25k‑£30k basic, realistic OTE £42k, uncapped commission structure
