The Research Administrator supports our M&A research function and the successful candidate will receive full, ongoing training from an experienced team. This role is predominantly based from home, with travel to our Bolton headquarters for team events, meetings etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high-traffic inbox.
- Registering new interest in acquisition opportunities and communicating this interest across the business.
- Data entry via our in-house CRM system.
- Liaising with interested parties to obtain information regarding funding capability.
- Communicating with our clients regarding interest received for their businesses and releasing confidential documents to potential acquirers.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail is required as you will be handling confidential information.
- Excellent time and resource management skills to be utilised in a deadline‑orientated environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, particularly written.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
